Well, if you hired someone to work directly in your office, you would have additional overhead costs (ie. computer, office space), you would pay benefits, provide holidays and all that fun stuff. With me, that's not required. I look after all of that myself. Plus, when I work 8 hours, it is a true 8 hours, I don't charge you for washroom breaks. Now, if you would like to send me on a vacation somewhere warm would work just fine.
